  • One sunny afternoon I was visiting a farm to gather reference photos. I was near the barn when I noticed this shy bullock staring at me from the shadows inside. Beams of light were falling on one side of his face, throwing the other side into shadow. The resulting painting is quite dramatic, yet has a softness to it.

     

    About the Giclée process:

    Giclée is an extremely high quality fine art printing process. Archival quality pigmented inks are used, which are UV stable and offer a lifespan of 100 + years.

    Hahnemühle; a heavy weight, acid free, German etching paper, has a matt, watercolor texture and the attractive warm white shade of a traditional artist’s board. This mould-made paper is ideal for sophisticated colour reproductions.
